Color me Rad

I can't get enough of this girl.

She is so fun, lovable, sweet, and has a natural sense of humor.

This was the morning after her bath.
So she was able to wear her artistic expression for another whole day!
Very proud indeed :)

Wonderland

The day after Christmas we were supposed to leave for Nashville, TN. I had planned for a month a trip to the Opryland hotel to see Shrek's christmas.  When the "blizzard" came through plans were changed... for the better!
With all the awesome snow that came down they kids and daddy headed outside for the winter wonderland. While mommy dutifully stayed in the warm house to adjust mittens and make hot cocoa.

Grant fulfilled my childhood dream of building an igloo that you could actually go in with a roof over your head.
Lillian :)
Cora!

Jojo

How cool is that!

Christmas Morning

The joy of Christmas morning is something that a photo doesn't quite capture.
I hope I can store all the memories in my heart forever.
That's a priceless face.
Lillian is not a morning person.  Even on Christmas morning.
Making them take a pic before tearing into presents.
Cora was not into it.
 Excitement over her princess microphone
I think Lillian has the left over of santa's cookies in here mouth.

As many of you know Josiah is not the most gracious gift receiver.

This year he said,  "I don't like my presents. Why didn't Santa get me what I asked for?"
I told him," you asked for a remote control car."
"From Weewa, not Santa." ummm, well
"Santa only brings you one gift and he must not heard you right"

We will see how long this Santa thing last. I'm not that into it and making up elaborate explanations.
I say he has 1 year, maybe 2 left.

Christmas 2012

I've finally found the time to sit down and update.
I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas.  It's nice now that we can sit back and relax.

I bought these dresses 2 years ago and put them back for when they were old enough.

My handsome boy.  He was able to squeeze out some good smiles despite being surrounded by presents.
Lillian made her best forced attempt.
Cora just wasn't having any part of it.
Here are the real smiles!  Toys!!!

As good as it was going to get.

Merry Christmas!
